A graduate in Fine Arts from the University of Seville, class of 1983-1988, she furthered her studies in drawing and painting at the Per L'Arte e il Restauro Institute in Florence, Italy.
She completed the CAP (Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude) and numerous courses related to teaching. Worked as a drawing teacher at the María Inmaculada University School of Teacher Training and at the Nuestra Señora del Loreto School in Antequera, Málaga.
Designed the Alfonso Fraile Municipal School of Arts and its corporate image. From 2005 until its closure, she directed and taught painting, printmaking, and modeling classes there. Also worked at the Santa Isabel de Hungría School in Marchena, Seville.
Since 2023, she has worked exclusively on her creative project.
